Platform-Efficiency-Proficiency (P.E.P.) is a proven Use of Force Model and philosophy which is aimed at reducing the number of force incidents, diminishing the likelihood of injuries, and reducing liability. The P.E.P. model bridges the gap between safely subduing a resisting subject and the public’s negative perception of Law Enforcement.

This three-day course provides foundational and advanced training in undercover surveillance, covering operational planning, covert identification, mobile and foot surveillance, counter-surveillance, leadership, and the transition from covert operations to tactical enforcement

This advanced one-day course focuses on complex surveillance techniques, counter-surveillance, compromise management, leadership decision-making, and the transition from covert operations to tactical enforcement. Prior surveillance experience or attending the Operational & Undercover Techniques course is strongly recommended.
